Privacy & Data Use

AAF Houston operates the Breakpoint: AAF District 10 Summit website and is responsible for how information collected through this site is used.

Through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any message you choose to submit so we can respond to inquiries and provide information related to the summit and chapter activities. We may use this information for post-event surveys and ongoing district or chapter communications, but we do not share it with sponsors or anyone outside the summit committee.

Event registration and payment for Breakpoint are handled separately through Eventbrite, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Any information you provide via Eventbrite, including payment details, refund and cancellation requests, or ticket transfers, is managed under Eventbrite's policies, not this website's.
